Compliance Services
Every Limited company has to, by law, submit returns to Companies House and HM Customs and Revenue. We can both complete and submit specific returns for you or you can select our compliance support bundle where we will take the strain of all your company compliance. This service is a fixed yearly fee of £240 VAT and includes the following:
- Preparation and Filing of PAYE Return
We will calculate your PAYE and NI liability based on the salaries paid. - Registered Office Address
London 1st can act as the registered office for your company - ensuring that important company mail and statutory returns are received and dealt with in the most efficient manner. - Formatting and filing of Annual/Cessation Accounts
Your company will be required to prepare and submit a set of Financial Statements and a Corporation Tax Return (CT600) at least once a year to Inland Revenue and Companies House. Preparation of Financial Statements and your Corporation Tax Return can be completed professionally and in the required format. - Completion and Filing of Annual Shuttle Return
Your company will be required to submit a Return to Companies House on an Annual Basis to ensure that information relating to Shareholding, Appointments and Business Activity is kept up to date. London 1st has the facility to complete and file your return on-line. - Accounting References – Often required from mortgage companies and other financial institutions for personal or company investments, will be an extra charge.
This service is for companies that only require compliance support but it can also be combined with any of our other accounting services at a discounted fee. Mainly the Business Support Service and the Premium Accounting Support Service.
